Ravel's Piano Concerto

Get cozy with your Calgary Phil as acclaimed pianist and conductor Jeffrey Kahane does double duty in Maurice Ravel’s sparkling Piano Concerto in G Major. He also leads the Orchestra in Robert Schumann’s spirited First Symphony, inspired by the promise of spring. At the heart of the concert, the strings take centre stage with Anna Clyne’s Within Her Arms, a beautiful meditation on loss, life, and love.
