Alberta's Mountain View Connection Concert Series goes to a virtual concert series during the COVID-19 pandemic with a new performance project: Isolation Point, To Keep Music and Musicians Moving Forward.
This online concert will feature pianist Jocelyn Zhou and premiere at 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021, through YouTube.

Jocelyn Zhou, age of nine, began her music education at Yamaha Music School and showed her passion at the age of four. After achieving First Class Honors with Distinction in her first RCM exam by self-learning, she started formal piano lessons at the age of six and is currently the student of Ms. Kathleen van Mourik.
She is also studying composition and theory with Canadian composer Christine Donkin. Jocelyn has won her classes and scholarships in the Calgary Performing Arts Festival, Calgary Contemporary Showcase, and Mountain View Festival and recently been awarded Honorable Mention in Steinway Virtual Piano Competition – Nationals, which opens to all U.S. and Canadian residents.
