Roberto Plano Live in Recital

By popular demand, 2003 Honens Laureate Roberto Plano returns to Calgary this spring for a live, in-person recital.

Hailed as a pianist with “maturity beyond his years … a wonderful clarity and control of inner voices in his performances,” (The New York Times) Roberto continues to garner praise from audiences around the globe.

This thoughtful, one-hour program features works by Lysenko, Liszt, Ponce, R. Castro, Ginastera, and closes with Gershwin’s rhythmic Rhapsody in Blue.
