Unlike most Requiems, Johannes Brahms wrote his for the living, rather than the dead. The result is more hopeful and uplifting than dark and dire, and a perfect way to celebrate Spring. Music Director Rune Bergmann leads this powerful work for orchestra, chorus, and soloists.
